CCPL Library cards are free!

To register: Bring picture identification and proof of current physical address (and mailing address where applicable).

Children under age 16 are requested to have parental or legal guardian's permission to receive a card.
Minors under age 18 must have parental or legal guardian's permission to access the Internet.

To replace lost card: Patron must show identification. Replacement Fee: $1.00.
